Ta-mosa
Ingredients
1/2 c. sugar, for rim
1 lime, sliced into rounds
4 oz. vodka
4 oz. Mandingo-Grebo ginger beer
4 oz. Champagne (perfer Moët Impérial)
2 oz. pineapple juice

Instructions:
Rim two glasses with a slice of lime and dip in sugar. Mix vodka, ginger beer, Champagne and pineapple juice into a glass and enjoy!
Tashie Mule
Ingredients
2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. lime juice, freshly squeezed
6 oz. Mandingo-Grebo ginger beer

Instructions:
Use a glass of your choice or copper mug if prefered. Using a lime wedge, circle the rim of your glass. Dip rim in fruit season or cayenne pepper. Add crushed ice to a shaker. Add vodka, MG Ginger beer and lime juice in the shaker and stir. pour mixer in rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!.
Gingerita Spritzer
Ingredients
4-5 oz dry white wine
2-3 oz Mandingo-Grebo ginger beer
Juice from half a lime
Splash of Grenadine
Garnish with fresh or candied ginger

Instructions:
In a shaker, add the wine, Ginger beer, lime juice, splash of grenadine and stir. Pour in glass garnish with fresh or candied ginger and enjoy!

1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz fresh orange juice
Simple syrup*, optional
3 oz Mandingo-Grebo ginger beer
Lime wedge, for garnish
